Overview Lotepred Eye Drop This medication is used to treat swelling and redness of the eyes caused by infections, allergies, and other conditions or after Eye Care. It works by blocking the release of certain substances that cause swelling and redness.
Lotemax may cause side effects such as irritation, burning, or watery eyes. These side effects usually disappear with time.
It may also cause temporary blurring of vision after installation of the eye drops. Till your vision clears, refrain from operating machinery or driving. Avoid if you are allergic to this medicine.
Lotepred eye drops are not recommended for use in children under 18 years of age. Doctors should be consulted by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
